"CALIFORNIA ROADSIDE OAKS" 10" X 14" Pastel

I have long loved the rolling hills of California. With the different seasons they change color from from golden to brown to green...oftentimes with thousands of wildflowers. I think they are one of the prettiest land formations I've seen, and I never tire of them.

  3. What a pleasant surprise. I live among the rolling hills of CA so it was especially nice to see this painting (and rendered beautifully I might add).

  4. I'm envious of you, Libby. We lived in California for 16 years - Monterey, Pacific Grove area - while we raised our son. I miss the beauty of all the different areas. It's all a painter's dream for subject matter! Thank you for writing.
